What I Ate Today  

Alrighty. So I signed up on the slimfast site. I think this might be the best way to lose weight to start.
1300 calories a day max. I'm aiming for 1000 t hough. I'll dip or increase if I plateu. If I can avoid binging I'll cause a gradual weight loss with no setbacks. I can do this. I can be thin and pretty and stop feeling to ashamed.

Today I had:
Crackers (180 cals)
Potstickers (320 cals)
Slimfast (180 cals)
Diet Redbull (15 cals)
Cereal (180 cals)
Frozen Peaches (75 cals)
Cereal (90 cals)
TOTAL:  1040 calories

Non caloric: Two large glasses of icewater, and one diet mt. dew
