I've been doing pretty well. High energy level the past few days. I'm getting a tattoo of "Carpe Noctem" (Seize the Night, in Latin) on my lower back on Monday so need to keep my eyes on the prize of losing weight. I get to see my boyfriend again soon... and I'll be 10+ lbs thinner!!!

I spent like twenty minutes in the candy aisle at Walgreens today looking for a sweet fix. No popsicles or sugar free s**t. I figured sweetarts were the best. No fat which means no calories from fat and only 150-175 cals for the entire roll. Skittles had 240 for the pack PLUS fat and StarBursts were even worse.

Updating my stats from last week ^.^ (I don't see a real point in doing it day to day b/c that's probably just water weight):
CW: 117.5
HT: 4'10"
HW: 136
GW 1: 105
GW 2: 95
LW: 105

I don't care if it's water weight or bloat or whatever. I lost weight! Dow from 125.5 to 117.5... that's a whole 8 lbs in a week. I hope I can keep this up. I've been feeling increasingly less hungry the past few days. I try and get in tune with my body, when I feel hungry I eat something but I'm not going to eat if I'm not hungry. That's pointless.

Alot has happened. I'm taking a new medication, and I'm cleaning the house like a crazy girl until I go back to college. It's like the only thing to do around here. Been writing down what I eat everyday in my little Hello Kitty notebook with matching pen. I dunno, I just eat less if I write down what I consume.

I'm going to get my first tattoo this weekend (Carpe Noctem which means "Seize the Night" done in victorian style script with embellisments on my lower back). I feel unusually chipper lately. It's nice.

Not bad. Total of 1117 calories. I try to stay under 250 calories a day so pretty good. Just talking to my boyfriend and watching Sex and the City, Season two right now.

Not terribly good, not terribly bad. I've been craving Chinese food and Thai food all day (specifically fried dumplings and green curry).

Might try and take a walk tommorow morning with the poodle <3 Like a half hour to an hour so I could justify getting something like chow mei fun or steamed dumplings for dinner. Maybe even a small portion of green curry.

I think one of the most annoying thing about dieting is telivision commercials.
Between the Denny's, McDonalds, Fridays, Burger King... it drives me insane. I seriously want to jump in my car, go to Denny's and order a fried egg sandwich. But the thought of that kinda grosses me out : /

I think I'm just gonna have half a grapefruit as a snack. Had a slimfast and tuna salad for lunch, and a slimfast for breakfast. It's satisfying for a few hours, enough to not think about food except when it comes on telivision.

This is worth it. I will be thin.

Alrighty. So I signed up on the slimfast site. I think this might be the best way to lose weight to start.
1300 calories a day max. I'm aiming for 1000 t hough. I'll dip or increase if I plateu. If I can avoid binging I'll cause a gradual weight loss with no setbacks. I can do this. I can be thin and pretty and stop feeling to ashamed.

Today I had:
Crackers (180 cals)
Potstickers (320 cals)
Slimfast (180 cals)
Diet Redbull (15 cals)
Cereal (180 cals)
Frozen Peaches (75 cals)
Cereal (90 cals)
TOTAL:  1040 calories

Non caloric: Two large glasses of icewater, and one diet mt. dew

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to start with a fast right off the bat.
Maybe do a progression of 500 calories downward?

I already failed today. I ate a lean cuisine (Asian Vegetarian Potstickers) of 320 calories and remembered the crackers I ate last night (180 calories). So that would mean I'm done for today. Just water/diet drinks.

I want my boyfriend to be able to pick me up, light as a feather. Not to feel weird when people see us because I'm so fat.
